Built in Wyoming.
Built for AI.
I started Registered Agentics because the legal and infrastructure layer for AI agents simply didn't exist. Every framework taught you how to build the agent. Nobody was building what the agent runs on — legally, physically, or operationally.
Why this exists.
The honest version.
Most companies start with a market gap. This one started with a specific frustration: watching smart builders run AI agents with zero legal cover, on shared servers they don't control, generating IP they may not own.
The problem I kept running into
I was building agents for clients and for my own businesses. Every time I got one working well — reliably, autonomously — the next question was: who owns this? If the agent writes copy, generates code, or makes decisions, is that the operator's IP? Mine? The model provider's? The answer wasn't clear. And the infrastructure was worse. Most agents ran on shared cloud VMs that could be rate-limited, priced out, or shut down without warning.
Wyoming was the obvious answer
I already had LLCs in Wyoming for my own projects. 0% state income tax. Strong privacy laws. No residency requirement. The most flexible LLC statute in the country. And unlike Delaware — which everyone reflexively recommends — Wyoming actually makes sense for small operators who want real legal cover without paying lawyers thousands of dollars a year to maintain it.
Hardware changed everything
The Mac Mini M4 is genuinely a capable AI server. 32GB unified memory, runs models locally, silent, low-power, reliable. I provisioned one for a client's paralegal agent and it ran for four months without a single issue. The idea clicked: one machine, one LLC, one client. Dedicated. Owned. Legal. No shared infrastructure, no usage spikes from other tenants, no cloud bill that scales against you.
So I built the service I needed
Registered Agentics is exactly what I would have wanted when I started: a single service that handles the LLC, acts as your registered agent, includes an IP assignment clause in your operating agreement, and handles annual compliance so you never miss a filing. You own the LLC, you own the IP, you own everything your agent creates. Everything else is on us.
Make legal AI infrastructure
accessible to every builder.
“The goal is a world where every AI agent — from a solo developer's side project to an enterprise automation fleet — has a proper legal identity, dedicated hardware it runs on, and clear IP ownership for everything it creates. Wyoming makes that possible. We make it simple.”
What we operate by.
Not a poster. A constraint.
These aren't aspirational. They're the rules I hold myself to as the person operating this business.
Transparency
Pricing is public. Contracts are plain English. You know exactly what you're paying for and what you own. No hidden fees. No surprise clauses.
Privacy First
Your data stays on your hardware. No shared infrastructure. No third-party analytics on your agent's behavior. What your AI does is your business.
Founder-Aligned
No venture capital. No growth-at-all-costs mandate. We grow when clients succeed — and that keeps incentives exactly where they belong.
Legal Integrity
Every LLC we file is legitimate. Every operating agreement is real. We don't cut corners because the legal protection is the entire point.
We're actually here.
Not just on paper.
Registered Agentics operates a physical facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. The registered agent address is real. If you send legal mail, a human receives it.
Wyoming was an intentional choice — not a tax dodge. The LLC law is genuinely the most flexible and privacy-protective in the country. The 0% income tax is real. The DAO and digital asset statutes are the most forward-looking in the US. This is where frontier tech businesses should be incorporated.
What we're not.
And what that means for you.
The LLC formation market is full of faceless mills that automate filings and disappear. That's not this. Every client is a real account with a real person behind it.
Where this goes.
The Wyoming AI ecosystem.
The long-term play is a Wyoming-based AI infrastructure hub. Not a data center — a facility where autonomous AI businesses are domiciled, operated, and expanded.
Individual AI LLCs
One machine per client. One LLC per agent. Legal identity, hardware, and runtime — packaged and delivered.
Enterprise Holding Trusts
Organizations get a holding trust that controls N subsidiary AI LLCs — each agent legally separated, each machine dedicated.
The Wyoming AI Ecosystem
A full facility. Agent-to-agent commerce. Wyoming as the legal home for autonomous AI businesses — with Registered Agentics as the registered agent layer.
